But if the fault is from our end we will replace your product, and if its out of stock we will refund your payment.

Processing Time
If approved, exchanges or corrections will typically be processed within 1–24hours.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued at our discretion and may take additional time depending on the payment method used.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting CVVDump support first may result in account suspension and denial of future services.
We strongly encourage customers to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any concerns efficiently.
